My Resume

I am O.S.H.A. (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), H.A.Z.M.A.T . (Hazardous Materials), N.F.P.A. (National Fire Protection Association), Lock/Tag Out compliant, and will ensure that the engineering department meets or exceeds all G.M.P. (General Manufacturing Practices ), including quarterly client audits. I advocate safety in the work place, and have authored several work place programs, directly effecting workmen compensation cost.
I hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with years of hands on experience in maintaining all aspects of High-Speed Bottling , Packaging , P.E.T. Blow Mold, High Density Plastic Mold Injection, Material Handling, Pasteurizers, Waste Water Treatment, Refrigerant Chiller Systems, Boilers, Computer Controls, and all types and configuration of support equipment. I have a working knowledge of Allen Bradley and Seimen P.L.C. network systems, with ability to quickly analyze, diagnose, and trouble shoot most ladder logic problems.

Through MP2 (Maintenance Process-2), I monitored company long term maintenance operations, created work orders, editing P.M's, building a verity of databases, optimizing Statistical Predictive Maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance, and Supervising Maintenance Personnel.
